Margaret has worked with Grant Smith Law Practice and the former Alexander George & Co for over thirty years.
Margaret is a Director and heads up the Civil Court Departments for our Elgin, Banff, and Buckie offices. She regularly appears at Banff, Elgin, Peterhead, Inverness, and Aberdeen Sheriff Courts.
Her primary area of work is child and family law and she is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Law Society of Scotland. Margaret also has a particular interest in guardianship applications and has a background in private client, conveyancing, and executry work.
