Lisa Gregory

For over 25 years, Lisa has represented clients in Aberdeen and the North East who have been injured in accidents. Since graduating from Aberdeen University, she has worked with three of the top personal injury law firms in Scotland, becoming a partner in 2004. She has particular expertise in accidents arising from the oil and gas, offshore, farming and fishing industries.

Lisa has acted in some of the most high profile personal injury cases in Scotland in recent years, including the North Sea helicopter disasters in April 2009 and August 2013. In 2018, she acted for a client whose case was successful in the UK Supreme Court. She also handles fatal accident claims.

Lisa has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law since 2005. She is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and Past President of the Society of Advocates in Aberdeen. In addition to her role at Grant Smith Law Practice, Lisa is a Tribunal Judge.
