One of North-East Scotland’s leading law firms, Grant Smith Law Practice, has strengthened its Commercial & Corporate team following the appointment of Craig Falconer.
Established north east legal firm Alexander George and Co. announces that it has concluded a friendly merger with the Aberdeen-based Grant Smith Law Practice. The merger, which secures all jobs at Alexander George, will also see the two directors at Alexander George - Edward Acton and George Wilson - continuing with the firm. The move will see Alexander George’s offices in Macduff, Banff, Portsoy and Buckie being added to Grant Smith’s current offices in Aberdeen and Turriff. There are plans in place to extend the range of services available at the new offices as well as the creation of new posts with the recruitment of additional solicitors.
