Donald F Macandrew LLB., Dip L.P., N.P.
Director
Donald is one of the founding diretors of the Grant Smith Law Practice which was established in 1993. Born in Aberdeen Donald was educated at Robert Gordons College and Aberdeen University. He specialises in all aspects of the private client work including:-
- Property Sales;
- Property Purchases;
- Marketing;
- Remortgaging and security work;
- Local Authority house purchases;
- Wills;
- Executries.
Margaret Nash Dip LP. NP.
Director in charge Banff, Macduff and Buckie
&Co, and after qualifying, trained there and at Antons in Buckie before joining Grant Smith Law Practice.
Born in Aberdeen, Margaret was educated at St Margaret’s School for Girls and Aberdeen University. Long resident in Banffshire, Margaret’s interests include horse riding, skiing, walking and shooting.
She is general practitioner, spending most of her working time dealing with property and family law matters.
Andrew Duthie LLB., N.P.
Director
Educated at Aberdeen University, Andrew works exclusively for our Private Client department with a particular emphasis on house purchase and sale.
Andrew qualified in 1981 and during that period has been obtaining a wealth of experience in assisting clients in their house finding requirements including remortgaging their property.
A considerable emphasis is placed upon first time buyer market and also Council house purchases.
Another aspect of his work is the preparation of wills and completion of executry estates.
Andrew spends his spare time watching football, namely Aberdeen FC and his home town Fraserburgh in the Highland League. He is also a member of the Scotland Travel Club, attending all Scotland’s home matches at Hampden.
