Grant Smith Law Practice was formed in July 1993. Following a number of changes, a merger with the Turriff based firm of Lyall & Wood and the acquisition of Messrs Alexander George & Co in 2006, the partnership presently comprises Donald Macandrew, Sheila Ritchie, Andrew Duthie, Stuart Beveridge, Hilary Macandrew and Margaret Nash.

The partners are supported by a dedicated team of qualified assistants, paralegals, property assistants and support staff.

Financial services support is provided by GSLP Financial, an in-house subsidiary.
